Like Athleticism Reported earlier today, Wolves have exercised their option to sign striker Hwang Hee-Chan on a permanent £11.9m deal.
Wolves technical director Scott Sellars said: “With every new signing you should expect a period of settling in and adjusting to their new surroundings, but straight away Hee Chan showed exactly what we expected. of him as a player, but he also settled in quickly and made an impact.
“He’s had a very positive effect not only on the team, but on the whole football club, and he’s been a fantastic addition to Wolves. We could see from our first meeting with him that Hee Chan is such a focused and determined young man who wants to succeed in his football career.
“He didn’t have the experiences he would have liked at Leipzig and he wanted a change, and he seized his opportunity here in the Premier League with both hands. He showed a lot of determination, focus and certainly professionalism on a daily basis, and it has its rewards in terms of performance and objectives.
“Now that his future is secure with the club, I hope it will give him even more confidence and make him feel even more welcome. Once he is fully fit, we believe he can carry on. and perform the way he has been and can have a long and successful career here.
