In February, Chubb announced that it had promoted Leigh Anne Sherman, a 24-year veteran with the insurer, to the position of division president of its third-party administrator, ESIS Inc.
Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, leading private / not-for-profit accountability activities in Chubb’s North American financial lines.
Ms. Sherman, who is based in New York, replaced Keith Higdon, who left the company to become CEO of Mission Underwriting Managers LLC, a technology-based P&C insurance platform in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was a 2017 Business insurance Winner Women to Watch.

New York-based Executive Vice President Michael Mollica has been appointed to take over Ms. Sherman’s role as Head of Private Wealth / Non-Profit Accountability Activities. Previously, he led the liability management activities of Chubb’s retail financial institutions in the United States.
Stephen Troiano has been appointed Executive Vice President and named successor to New York-based Mr. Mollica.
